Discover Lombok

Lombok sits just 35 kilometers east of Bali — 30 minutes by plane, with multiple daily flights across several airlines, plus fast boats and ferries leaving from Bali every hour of the day.

"Close enough to be convenient, far enough to feel like a different world entirely."

Where Bali has spent decades in the spotlight, Lombok has evolved quietly on its own terms — retaining the unhurried pace and physical beauty that most of Southeast Asia has already traded away.  The fundamentals are unusually strong. And the window is still open.

An international investment hub

"The best lands in Bali were bought 15 years ago, the best lands in Lombok are available today."

Lombok is no longer a secret — but it is still early. The island received over 3 million visitors in 2023, up from under 1 million a decade ago, yet land prices remain a fraction of comparable Bali plots. The window for early-mover advantage is open, but it is closing fast.

An international investment hub

Lombok's transformation is being driven by infrastructure, not hype. The Mandalika International Circuit — a MotoGP venue built to FIM Grade A standard — put South Lombok on the global map in 2021. The Indonesian government has since designated the Mandalika Special Economic Zone as a national priority project, unlocking billions in public and private investment into roads, utilities, and hospitality. Lombok International Airport now connects directly to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and major Indonesian cities, making the island accessible to the international buyers and renters who drive returns.

What separates Lombok from Bali today is the same thing that separated Bali from the rest of Southeast Asia thirty years ago — natural beauty, limited land supply, and a market still priced for locals.

South Lombok's coastline stretches across world-class surf breaks at Kuta, Selong Belanak, and Mawun, with beaches that consistently rank among the best in Asia. Land along this corridor that traded at Rp 300,000 per sqm in 2018 now regularly exceeds Rp 1,500,000 — a fivefold increase in under six years. Early buyers in Bali's Canggu and Seminyak saw the same curve. South Lombok is on it now.

South Lombok — Bay After Bay, Unlike Anywhere Else

The south of Lombok is unlike any coastline in Southeast Asia. Stretching from Kuta down through Gerupuk, Selong Belanak, Mawun, and Lancing, the southern coast is a succession of white-sand bays separated by dramatic headlands. No two are the same — some are sheltered lagoons, glassy and turquoise, others face the open Indian Ocean with world-class waves that draw surfers from across the globe.

At the center sits Kuta Lombok — still finding its shape, with boutique cafés and international restaurants alongside rice paddies and traditional Sasak villages. Minutes east, Gerupuk Bay offers multiple reef breaks within paddling distance of shore. North of Kuta, the Mandalika circuit rises from the hills — a MotoGP-grade venue that put this corner of Indonesia on the world map permanently.

Further west, Tampah Hills, Lancing Beach and Arguling Beach deliver panoramic views across multiple bays simultaneously. Below it, Arguling Beach remains raw and largely untouched — long stretches of crystal clear water and untouched coastline that feel like a discovery.

This is where we work. Because we believe it is the most compelling stretch of land left in Southeast Asia.
